Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
